The RAC / The VAS

The RAC (Refléxe auriculo-cardiaque) or VAS (vascular autonomic signal) technique, also known as the Nogier pulse, is a subjective diagnostic technique. An autonomic signal of the vascular system appears after stimulation and can be detected at various palpation points.

 

The so-called RAC diagnosis is easy to learn. All it takes is a little practice to gain confidence in this form of diagnosis. It's all about recognizing and trusting your own perception. It is beneficial to practise together in a group under guidance and receive feedback on your own perceptions. However, we will also introduce you to methods and settings that you can use to practise on your own or with colleagues.
